Case studies
Mobile apps built from the ground up: our own products and client partnerships. Each includes the app, marketing website, DevOps, and ongoing maintenance.
Apps we built and shipped
Wellness / In-house product
Client request
HashTerm wanted a subscription based meditation app powered by AI. It should generate personalized guided sessions instead of a fixed library, deliver narration through text to speech, and let users set intentions, pick session length and narrator, and blend background music on demand.
What we did
We built InnerGuide from the ground up in six months: Expo and React Native for iOS and Android, Firebase and Cloud Functions on the backend, AI generated scripts with text to speech narration, the marketing site at innerguide.app, and full DevOps for releases and operations. Shipped the intention wizard, subscription flows, audio player with music blending, favorites and session archive, and App Store and Google Play publication.
Result
A live subscription based HashTerm product at innerguide.app. AI tailors each session to mood and goals with text to speech narration. We continue to maintain the app, backend, website, and infrastructure.
Corporate wellness
Client request
Conscialink wanted a mobile first wellness platform where users join live and on demand sessions across many modalities, and practitioners manage offerings, bookings, payments, and visibility in one place.
What we did
We delivered the MyNewEarth (MYNE) app from scratch over 12 months: Flutter for iOS and Android, Django on the backend, the marketing site at mynewearth.app, and full DevOps. Live and on demand access across hypnotherapy, breathwork, coaching, sound healing, and more, plus practitioner onboarding, automated bookings, payments, and service matching.
Result
A global wellness marketplace at mynewearth.app connecting users with practitioners in real time. HashTerm continues to maintain the app, backend, website, and infrastructure.
Fitness / Entertainment
Client request
The client wanted to turn repetitive jogging into story driven workouts. Runners should hear mission commands paced to distance or time, with rich audio while choosing their own route through the city.
What we did
HashTerm built ActionRun end to end in six months: Flutter for iOS and Android, Firebase and Cloud Functions on the backend, the marketing site at actionrun.app, and full DevOps. Over 50 missions across crime, comedy, and experimental genres with agent or gangster storylines, GPS aware command timing, on screen prompts, mission filters, onboarding, and store release.
Result
A shipped fitness app on the App Store and Google Play where outdoor runs feel like blockbuster missions with sound effects and dynamic narration. HashTerm continues to maintain the app, backend, website, and infrastructure.
